Song of the Week Schedule Changes
We're switching things up a little for November and December - details of which can be found below.
The time has finally arrived - The Skinner Brothers 2025 tour kicks off tomorrow!
I don't know about everyone else, but I've been waiting for this for the past year. Excited isn't the word! I'm lucky enough to get to attend two gigs this week. I may need a long rest after that (I'm definitely not as young as I once was) but it's going to be amazing!
As this is going to be a very busy period, and most eyes will be on the tour, we've decided that we'll take a break for the rest of November.
We had recently made a slight change to the way we do Song of the Week, with the article itself being posted on a Tuesday instead of alongside the new poll on Mondays. We think that's working well, so that will stay.
Our last poll was posted last Monday, 3 November - the next one will be on Monday 1 December. The article from last weeks poll winner will be posted on Tuesday 2 December.
We also plan to take a short break over Christmas, so the last poll for December will be on the 22nd and we'll start running polls again from Monday 5 January. The article for the winning vote from the 22 December will then be posted on Tuesday 6 January.
We do have plans for different kinds of posts over December, but for two weeks over the Christmas period we thought we'd take a break from Song of the Week, as those posts are a little more difficult to plan for ahead of time.
Confused? Us too, a little bit, but it'll all work out in the end! I'll lay this info out in a handy list, hopefully that will help.
